Els estatuts de l'Asociación Green Harmony Cannabis Girona defineixen les finalitats de l'entitat, que són les següents:

La existencia de esta asociación tiene como fines:

• El estudio del cáñamo y sus posibles aplicaciones culturales, científicas y terapéuticas, incluyendo la creación de un local para dichos estudios.
• Avoid the health risks of its users inherent in the illegal cannabis market through activities aimed at preventing risks associated with its use.
• Develop and concretize the shared use association project in accordance with the Jurisprudence of the Supreme Court, STS 484/2015, of September 7, 2015, among others.
• Promote social debate on its legal situation and its consumers, as well as assert the constitutional rights of which they are holders and denounce arbitrariness that different administrations and public powers or any person may commit in their observation.
• Represent and defend their affiliates in the face of the legal and jurisprudential ambiguity and vacuum surrounding the consumption of substances whose trafficking is legally prohibited.

Develop a program of information for members who request it about the therapeutic use of cannabis.

In no case does the Association aim to profit, nor does it aim to promote the consumption of any substance. The Association may carry out ancillary or subordinate economic activities for its purpose if the proceeds from them are exclusively used to fulfill this purpose.

For the fulfillment of its purposes, the Association may:

• Develop economic activities of all kinds, aimed at achieving its purposes or gathering resources for this purpose, as long as the proceeds from them are exclusively used to fulfill the Association’s purpose.
• Organize and participate in events, conferences, publications, and any type of manifestation related to the purposes of the Association.
• Organize different working groups to achieve the different purposes of the Association.
• Collaborate in the development of activities related to the purposes mentioned in the previous article and oriented towards their achievement.
• Acquire and possess properties of all kinds, by any title, as well as to enter into all kinds of acts and contracts.
• Exercise all kinds of actions in accordance with the laws and statutes.

Aquestes finalitats orienten les activitats, projectes i serveis que impulsa l'entitat, així com les iniciatives que desenvolupa en benefici de la comunitat i dels seus membres.
